Meaningful lives full of love, joy and happiness

Some things just take a lot to change right?

Some things just take a lot to change right? Have you had that experience? Can you resonate with that statement in your life?

I do.Hell I do!

When I am true to myself, and I put myself in front of the mirror I have to painfully admit they are still present, more than I would like, more than I would imagine they still were.

What happens is that I am used to them, they are almost a part of me, like a nature to myself and my circumstances. I am so used to them that I don’t notice them as something painful anymore and I become numb to its effects.

Obviously there are moments, like now in which I look back to review my year, that I realize that some proposals to break free and beyond them by improving some situation, event, habit or emotional pattern were AGAIN taken by the wind. Even though I might have done some initial positive progress, the fact is that now end of year, I am almost at square one. Right at the same place or, even more curious, in one place that is different though exactly the same as it used to be - like if I was in a spiraling pattern with that issue.

Naturally the philosophical question that emerges is: are we link to some patterns that are going to be always present -in different forms and contexts-in our lives?

That is certainly a very interesting question which I am going to leave unanswered in this blog, at least for now. You are certainly invited to share your thoughts in my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/clarifyingtheway).

Now what I would like to share though is my personal experience, as a person dealing personally with those situations, but also reporting from my Coaching experience and the work I have done with my clients. Like my clients, I am better equipped, and I have found greater results, observable changes and more progress and advancement in my “Tough Circular Patterns” every time that I have been working on myself: cultivating new capacities, capabilities and potentialities.

Breaking beyond is grounded in being able to see and do differently, and for that personal work is needed. Fortunately then, it is within our hands to make progress and leap to a new dimension.

If you happen to be reviewing the year, looking back to what has happened for you and also come to realize that there are things “that just seem too difficult to change” give yourself the gift of Integral Coaching to experience a personal growth that will shine new light to those holes in your life.

Begin the year with renewed intentions and the support that it is needed to break beyond the repetitive patterns. From Dec 15 to January 15 use the promo “Break Beyond 2015” for significant and meaningful change.
