Meaningful lives full of love, joy and happiness

Balancing my heart passions

06-09-14

It’s been a long summer or enjoying family -my two wonderful girls and wife-, breaking the crazy pace and re-charging myself with sun baths and physical practices on the beach. I feel the abundance of joy and serenity resting in my heart and they sparkle as I re-visit the memories of the good moments of this summer.

I feel full and ready.

After this wonderful “retreat” now it is time to come back to the work that I most love doing and engage with the new projects and exciting journeys of this year.

I find myself excited for what can flourish and grow for me this year, as for a long time I have deeply cleared the arena and clarify my intentions for what I like to be doing and what I love to be involved fully this upcoming months. This are some of my projects for this year:

     -     Looking forward to be able to coach and be of service to more beautiful souls.

     -     Publish an e-book in my site on four basic dimensions of purpose: our body and our emotions, how we relate with others and how do we engage with our environment.

     -     Post a video series of physical practices to enlighten your purpose and strengthen your capacity to live it.

     -     Diving into one of my passions as it is healthy living. See how I can make a positive impact alleviating suffering and helping to free ourselves from the tights of unhealthy habits largely supported for a culture that has lost its purpose on health care.

     -     In this arena a new website is coming as well as a group program that we are launching this fall and that includes the multidisciplinary work of a personal trainers, a nutritionist and myself as a coach.

     -     Finally I very much look forward to implement a wholehearted culture in our health club family business. A fascinating challenge!

As I am writing this I realize of course both how much all those projects touch my heart and matter to me but also how challenging it would be for me to keep up with the intense agenda that this might require. I hold myself in a space of embracing compassion where I know I would give my best and still accept how things will turn out to be. For one, and that is very important for me, because all those projects are professional oriented and I hold more thriving projects in my life in other domains as well. I know that i if I hold too tight the grip  on the professional domain this will increase my stress and resistance in it. So here are some of the other projects/intentions for others domains:

     -     Being fully present to the daily lives on my beautiful daughters that grow beautifully and I don’t want to miss any of it.

     -     Consciously invest more family time in nature and in cultural activities.

     -     Being deeply involved in the development, growth and activity of ECOIC (European Consortium of Integral Coaches). Wonderful things are awaiting for us this years.

     -     Actively engage with the practices and collaboration with the members of the intimate group of Living through the heart -has a secret name that I keep for myself :)

     -     Grow the depth of my practices (physical, emotional, interpersonal, spiritual…)

     -     Being a joyful human being actively engaged with the rejuvenating activity of play.

I have always felt more joyful in my life when there has been a sense of balance. So despite I thrill in many domains and that some of them have a stronger pull on me, I consciously do the effort to be actively participating in all of them. I found that each domain (work, family, leisure, social compromise, …) ignite different aspects of me more fully and being fully awaken makes my participation in any domain much joyful on its turn. After all we are Integral human beings, it makes complete sense to live as that.

I really would encourage to look at your life and their different domains and try to balance your energy and commitment in them, the result is a live of more joy and happiness.

I will post a practice here that will help you do that, as I very much look forward to be of good service to you this year!
